How we seal

Surface Review
We review surface type, condition, staining or fading, previous sealer if known, project access, and any photos you provide.
Prep Recommendation
The right prep depends on what we see. Cleaning, stain review, weather and timing, and any issues with previous coatings are all considered before we recommend a path.
Sealer Application
Once the surface is fully prepped and dry, we apply the recommended sealer evenly across the surface.
Final Walkthrough
You review the completed surface, the final result, and any care notes or recommendations going forward.
You see the recommendation in writing before any work begins.
